Here at Sure Fleet we know operating a company whether big or small, comes with challenges. With unexpected complications or high volume of work, time commitments can be difficult to maintain.

 If a change in circumstances occurs resulting in a need to cancel a service no cancellation fee with apply provided that the cancellation occurs 5 business days prior to the service. A 25% fee will apply if within 5 business days and a 40% fee if cancellation is on the day of the scheduled service.

No rescheduling fee will apply if the service is rescheduled 5 business days prior to the date of service. A 10% fee will apply if within 5 business days and a 25% fee if rescheduling occurs on the day of the scheduled service.
